  • To increase your ability to bounce back, you need to create proper recovery periods both during and after work hours. It is essential for gig workers to plan their own recovery periods since they are in complete control of when, how, where, and how often they work. Here are some tips on making space for recovery.

  • Practicing mindfulness can also build your resilience muscle. You can also compartmentalize your cognitive load, take breaks, develop mental agility, and cultivate compassion. Read more here.

  • For being resilience, you need to re-frame your point of view about stress, take mastery over things you can, but accept the fact that there are things outside of your control, look for the root causes, and appreciate difficult situation as learning opportunities. Read more here.
