DR. BRITTANY LAMBERT
BRITTANY LAMBERT is an Acting Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Her research contributes to the diversity and affect literatures and the nexus of the two. This work aims to elucidate the factors that allow workers to thrive in the face of complex challenges posed by our modern work environments. Her portfolio includes projects related to anxiety and depression at work, adapting to and thriving in the gig economy, and retaining high potential women. She has presented her work at major meetings globally, published book chapters, and consulted with organizations in conjunction with her research. Recently, Brittany was part of the team awarded the inaugural SIOP Visionary Circle Grant which is funding a large-scale research project on resilience in the gig economy. Brittany was previously a strategy consultant and manager for the Chief Strategy Officer at Deloitte.
